J\u00e4senrekisterin k\u00e4ytt\u00f6tarkoitus on yll\u00e4pit\u00e4\u00e4 kehitystutkimuksen seuran (t\u00e4st\u00e4 eteenp\u00e4in \u201cyhdistys\u201d) j\u00e4senten, sen tiedotteita ja yhteydenpitoa haluavien (t\u00e4st\u00e4 eteenp\u00e4in \u201cmuut kiinnostuneet\u201d) sek\u00e4 konferenssiosallistujien yhteystietoja. Lis\u00e4ksi yhdistyksen tekemiss\u00e4 sopimuksissa voi olla sopimusosapuolten yhteystietoja.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4senrekisteri on vapaaehtoiseen liittymiseen perustuva j\u00e4senrekisteri, jonka avulla hallitaan j\u00e4senyytt\u00e4, j\u00e4sensuhteita, -toimintaa ja \u2013viestint\u00e4\u00e4. J\u00e4senrekisteri\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s yhdistyksen j\u00e4senten v\u00e4lisen yhteisty\u00f6n edist\u00e4miseen ja syvent\u00e4miseen. J\u00e4senrekisteri\u00e4 k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n p\u00e4\u00e4asiassa viestint\u00e4\u00e4n j\u00e4senille ja muille kiinnostuneille (esim. uutiskirjeet, tapahtumaviestint\u00e4) ja t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tarkoituksessa sen pohjalta saatetaan luoda s\u00e4hk\u00f6postijakelulistoja.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4senrekisterin tietoja voidaan my\u00f6s k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 tilastotiedon tuottamiseen yhdistyksen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n sek\u00e4 lains\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4nn\u00f6n mukaisesti konsulttisopimuksien ja hankkeiden asiantuntijapalveluiden toteuttamiseen.<\/p>\n<p>Henkil\u00f6tietojen k\u00e4sittely ja s\u00e4ilytys perustuu henkil\u00f6n vapaaehtoiseen ja tietoiseen suostumukseen ((EU) 2016\/679, artiklat 6 ja 7).<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> K\u00e4sitelt\u00e4v\u00e4t henkil\u00f6tiedot<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>J\u00e4seneksi rekister\u00f6itymisen yhteydess\u00e4 annettavat pakolliset tiedot on merkitty asteriskilla (*)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nimi*<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e4hk\u00f6postiosoite*<\/li>\n<li>Postiosoite (pakollinen liitytt\u00e4ess\u00e4 seuran j\u00e4rjest\u00e4m\u00e4n konferenssin yhteydess\u00e4)<\/li>\n<li>Opiskelija vai ei<\/li>\n<li>Min\u00e4 vuosina on ollut j\u00e4sen<\/li>\n<li>Mahdollisesti muut henkil\u00f6n itsens\u00e4 antamat ansioluettelon kaltaiset tiedot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Henkil\u00f6tietojen k\u00e4sittelij\u00e4t<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>P\u00e4\u00e4k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ji\u00e4 ovat yhdistyksen hallituksen j\u00e4senet sek\u00e4 rekisterin tietojen s\u00e4ilytyksest\u00e4 vastaavat palveluntarjoajat. J\u00e4senrekisterin k\u00e4sittely voidaan ulkoistaa osittain kolmannelle osapuolelle, jolloin yhdistys takaa sopimusj\u00e4rjestelyin, ett\u00e4 henkil\u00f6tietoja k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n voimassa olevan tietosuojalains\u00e4\u00e4d\u00e4nn\u00f6n mukaisesti ja muutoin asianmukaisesti.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Rekisterin k\u00e4sittelyss\u00e4 noudatetaan huolellisuutta ja tietoj\u00e4rjestelmien avulla k\u00e4sitelt\u00e4v\u00e4t tiedot suojataan asianmukaisesti. Rekisterinpit\u00e4j\u00e4 huolehtii siit\u00e4, ett\u00e4 tallennettuja tietoja sek\u00e4 palvelimen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6oikeuksia ja muita henkil\u00f6tietojen turvallisuuden kannalta kriittisi\u00e4 tietoja k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n luottamuksellisesti ja vain niiden henkil\u00f6iden\/tahojen toimesta, joiden toimenkuvaan se kuuluu. Henkil\u00f6tietoja k\u00e4sittelevi\u00e4 henkil\u00f6it\u00e4 sitoo salassapitovelvollisuus. Mik\u00e4li yhdistys muuttaa selostetta, laitetaan muutokset n\u00e4kyville selosteeseen p\u00e4iv\u00e4ttyin\u00e4. Requests and questions regarding the use of the register should be sent to: info [at] kehitystutkimus.fi<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Registered persons<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The register may include the personal details of members, former members and those who wish to be contacted by the society.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The purpose of the Member Register is to store the contact information of the member network and of others interested in receiving announcements from and maintaining communication with the society (\u201cinterested others\u201d from now on). The Member Register is mainly used for communication with the members and interested others (e.g. newsletters, event communication). The Member Register is also used for improving and strengthening the co-operation between the members. Membership in the Member Register is voluntary. The register is used for managing memberships, relationships with the members, activities for the members, and communication with the members. Data can be used for producing email distribution lists for contacting the members. Data in the Member Register can also be used for producing statistical data for the use of the society.<\/p>\n<p>The processing of personal data is based on free and informed consent by the data subject. ((EU) 2016\/679, Articles 6 and 7)<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Processed personal data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Mandatory information required for registering as a member is marked with an asterisk (*)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name*<\/li>\n<li>E-mail address*<\/li>\n<li>Mailing address (obligatory when joining the society in conjunction with the conference organized by FSDR)<\/li>\n<li>Student or not<\/li>\n<li>Years when has been a member<\/li>\n<li>Possibly other personal details, such as work information, provided by the person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Recipients and recipient groups of personal data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The recipients of personal data include the FSDR Board Members and the data service providers. The Member Register may be partly serviced by third parties, and in such case the society makes agreement that the personal data are handled appropriately and according to the personal data legislation.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Principles for the <\/strong><strong>protection of personal <\/strong><strong>data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Member Register is handled with outmost care and the personal data are protected accordingly. The data controller makes sure that the saved data and the user rights of internet servers and other critical information as regards the safety of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those who are required to do so. The latter are bound by confidentiality obligation.
